Serviceplan Group, House of Communication

Ramona Furter, applying for Senior AI Strategist at the House of Communication Dubai.

“You are the person who makes AI feel real to a client.”

The first line of your ad. Your AI page has the system built, the House of AI, Insight.AI to Agentic.AI. The ad is looking for the person who walks it into a client room.

That is my day job. At Swiss Post's advertising business I lead AI business models and build the clickable prototypes our C-level decides on; one of them cut pitch feedback time by 90 percent. My seat has always been the client's side of the table, the one your consultants pitch to, and I ship my own products with the tools your ad names: LLMs, agent automations, Claude Code. This page works the same way. The case below is a demo, not a description of one.

When a client asks what AI would actually change for them, the answer is usually a slide. Your ad wants the other thing, so here is the same use case twice: as the deck it usually becomes, and as the working miniature I would put in the room.

The scenario is an always-on, multi-market content operation for a GCC tourism board, the shape of your DCT Abu Dhabi mandate. The scale is on record: your published Visa campaign The New Game Plan ran in 15 countries and 13 languages. Your Dubai office page puts Serviceplan, Mediaplus and Plan.Net under one roof, and your AI page names the path the pipeline below walks: the House of AI.

The brief

Winter campaign for a GCC tourism board. One master idea, three source markets, six formats, always on.

The human gatewhere people decide

Your House of AI, walked left to right. Grey tiles are machine steps. The red tile is where people decide, and it is load-bearing. In your own logo mark, one tile is red too.

Insight.AI

Signal per source market: Saudi families book late around school breaks, German escape-the-winter searches peak in January, UK half-term drives short stays. Each signal picked from your Global Data Platform.

Creative.AI

One master idea, drafted and versioned. Your group announced Luma as its standard for creative AI in February, so I am proposing no new tooling here.

“Trade your grey sky for gold.”

KSA · AR

Arabic-first rewrite, not a translation. Family angle leads.

Imagery modesty check on every visual.

Dialect nuance goes to a native reviewer.

DE · DE

„Grauer Himmel? Tausch ihn gegen Gold.“

Escape-the-winter angle. This one I can check myself, German is my mother tongue.

UK · EN

“Swap your grey sky for gold.”

Half-term timing, prices in GBP.

Agentic.AI · 3 markets, 6 formats, 18 assets · 14 pass automated checks, 4 routed to people

Specialised agents route the volume so humans see only what needs them. The counts are illustrative, the mechanics are what I would build in week one.

What stays with people: the Saudi cultural read before anything ships, and the client conversation itself. The machine drafts. Serviceplan decides.

Fundable now

A four-week pilot on one live campaign: this pipeline, one client, measured on turnaround time and cost per adapted asset. That is a number a CMO can fund.

Not today

Unreviewed dialect nuance, regulated categories, anything that can burn a brand without a human gate. I do not demo what I cannot defend in the room.

Next step: alignment workshop12

This is the version the client usually gets. It asks them to imagine. Flip back, and they can click. Your ad calls that difference the job.

I designed and built this page with Claude Code, the toolchain I would bring to this role's prototyping. I researched the case, chose the assumptions and own the verdicts.

  1. Client rooms are my day job.

At Swiss Post's advertising business I lead AI business models from opportunity sizing to launch, and I build the clickable prototypes our C-level decides on. My pitch-check avatar cut feedback loops on proposals by 90 percent. Before that, nine years of corporate innovation and venture building: Die Mobiliar, Sparrow Ventures, the WePractice founding team, and the bridge between UBS and Baloise stakeholders and the product team at Brixel.

  2. I prototype with my own hands.

Pedal Peak is my own live platform, 331 published routes across 12 countries, built end to end with the tools your ad names: LLMs, prompt engineering, agent automations in n8n, Claude Code. Hands-on AI work since late 2024, the AI title since January 2026, and from this August I chair the board of Njamba AI, a Swiss AI consulting and engineering company.

  3. I have not worked inside an agency.

My nine years sit on the other side of the table: corporate innovation, venture building, e-commerce, and now the advertising business of Swiss Post. I know how the people you pitch decide, because I am one of them. If the role needs agency-native account craft first, that is not me.

Bachelor of Business Administration (Zentrum Bildung, Baden), CAS Digital Marketing (HWZ), CAS Innovation (BFH). Swiss citizen. German native, English fluent, French conversational. Available with notice.

Zurich today, Dubai next: my partner and I are planning the move. Outside work I am mostly on a bike. Pedal Peak started after I rode through Togo and Benin and wanted a better way to share routes, and it is still where I test every new tool first. German is my mother tongue, so a house with Munich roots feels familiar.
